The weapons

Clockwork Rampage features multiple weapon classes, each offering a unique playstyle. Players can equip any two weapons they own before spawning, with no restrictions on combinations. The weapon in your hands drops when you die and can be picked up by other players.

In the Alpha, weapons are fixed and premade to showcase the core playstyles. But in the future, every generated NFT weapon will have randomized stats and effects, leading to endless variety.

Here’s a look at the main weapon classes:

Rocket Launchers

Slow-moving projectiles with massive explosive splash damage. The explosion damages and knocks back everyone nearby—including you. So yes, rocket jumping is possible.

Grenade Launchers

A close cousin to the rocket launcher, but with lower velocity and shorter range. Grenades bounce off walls and explode after 3 seconds or on contact with an enemy. Perfect for trick shots and creative angles.

Assault Rifles

The jack-of-all-trades. Fast-firing, moderate damage, and decent accuracy even at long range. Bullets have some scatter, so aim wisely.

Melee Weapons

Pick it up. Swing it. Smash things.

Melee weapons deal massive damage in an arc in front of the player. They also provide a permanent movement speed bonus, making them a solid choice for aggressive players. Unlimited ammo, of course.

Shotguns

Devastating up close, but pellets spread too much for long-range fights. Get in their face and pull the trigger.

Revolvers

The most accurate weapons in the game. High damage. Instant hit. Slow fire rate, but deadly in the hands of a sharpshooter.

These are the weapon classes available in the Alpha. In the future there will be even more options and even more varied game styles.
